Since 1988 our team has been led by Lilian Pagan, a Psychologist, Psychometrist and MA in Social Research.

With over 30 years of both academic and commercial experience, Mrs. Pagan has taken Asisa’s team of professionals to higher grounds. Applying her in-depth knowledge of methodology and her understanding of the caveats of all types of qualitative and quantitative research in the Americas, Asisa has been able to grow sustainably and manage the most complex and logistically challenging research projects in our continent.
